Program ID
|
Required. Enter the ID of the program that executes the parameters listed. The program ID field tells the system which program should use the parameters in that record. For example, the record that specifies parameters for the Detail Listing of Obligations vs. Budget (A103) report has a program ID of
A103
.
*ALL
is a default program ID. When a program runs, if it cannot find its program ID in Application Dates (LDAT), it uses parameters from the
*ALL
line. In general,
*ALL
is recommended for reports that use only the
User Name
field and perhaps a
Prior Fiscal Year
or
Budget Fiscal Year
field. Using
*ALL
is easier than using the individual report IDs.
