Fixed Asset Summary Inquiry (2 of 2) (FAS2)

Fixed Asset Summary Inquiry (2 of 2) (FAS2) displays summary information for all existing fixed assets. Fixed Asset Summary Inquiry (FAS1) displays all data except the equity distribution. This window displays the equity distribution of the entire asset (the original asset and all of its betterments).

Information on this window is added and modified by the Fixed Asset Document Processors. Disposed assets are deleted from this window by the Disposition Purge process.


Fixed Asset Type	Key field. Enter the type of asset (land, building, etc.)
Fixed Asset Number	Key field. Enter the number of the disposed asset.
Equity Account	Equity Account 1 is inferred based on the responsible fund type. This will be used to denote either `Investments in General Fixed Assets' or `Retained Earnings.' Equity Accounts 2-7 will not be used.
Asset Value	The dollar amount of investment for this balance sheet equity account, including all betterments is displayed.
Accumulated Depreciation	The accumulated depreciation for this equity account including all betterments is displayed.
Totals	The totals of both the asset value and accumulated depreciation for equity accounts including all betterments is displayed.
