Organization

Key field. You can enter the organization you are inquiring about. The organization name is displayed in the second field.

Transaction ID

Key field. Displays the document ID assigned to this requisition.

Line Number

Key field. Displays the accounting line number from the requisition document.

RX Date

Display only. The requisition date given on the requisition document is displayed.

Line Amount

Display only. The total amount of this line from the document is displayed.

Comments

Display only. The notes entered on the requisition document are displayed.

Closed Date

Display only. The date when all lines associated with this requisition document are closed is displayed.
