Special Instruction (SPIS) defines valid special instruction values and prints up to four lines of special instructions or a shipping address on a vendor purchase order. It is optional and therefore may not be populated in your system.
Instruction
Key field. Enter an instruction code. If adding a new line, enter a unique value; if changing or deleting an existing line, enter the affected value.
Instructions
Conditional. Enter the special instructions or shipping address exactly as you want it to appear on the vendor purchase orders. The instructions print as two lines on the vendor purchase order. Lines 1 and 2 appear as the first line, and lines 3 and 4 appear as the second line.
