There are two programs that produce a statement of fixed assets and depreciation: AFINX000, which creates the statement with group information, and AFINX001, which creates the statement without group information. The report displayed on the following page is created by running AFINX000. When printed with group information, as shown above, this report displays depreciation by group, type, agency and fund. For each betterment of each depreciable asset, the acquisition value, salvage value, current period, year-to-date and life-to-date depreciation, and net asset value are shown. (Current fiscal month and year are specified on the dates card.)
