Needs Assessment

• “As Is” Survey will be used to estimate:

  • The number of end-users to be trained
  • How many end-users are projected to need training for each course
  • The geographic distribution of end-users to be trained
  • The number of training rooms needed
  • The number of end-user trainers needed to deliver training

• Also Used to ensure accurate identification of course module topics
