Welcome to the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection
Cabinet's Release Reporting System. This system provides current
information concerning releases of material into the environment
that have been reported to the Environmental Response Team
as required by Kentucky state law (KRS224.01-400).
The information provided for each release is:
- ERT No: - The unique number assigned to the release report.
- Recorded Date - The date the release report was recorded.
- Classification - The general classification of the release.
- Release Status - The status of the release with respect to cleanup and
remediation.
- Responsible Party - The primary responsible party.
The release reports have been grouped both by county within year and by county
within incident type.
