The Cabinet has a Web Development Committee called the NREPC Webcore. It is chaired by the Webmaster who is organizationally responsible for administering all aspects of Web Policy.
The Departments within the cabinet may maintain formal or informal networks among the divisions. But, no set structure is required.
Each Division may have its own Webcore to foster publishing projects designed to serve the customers of that Division.
Within each organizational unit. Each branch manager may appoint a volunteer to serve on the Division Web Core.
Individual programs may initiate a publishing project with the support and peer review of the division Webcore.
