STEP ONE
Export Graphics from MS Powerpoint:


   1. Launch MS Powerpoint and load your Presentation File.

   2. Call up the graph you want to use.

   3. In the file menu select "Save As"

   4. In the "File Save" Dialog box select "Windows Metafile"
      from "Save File as Type" box

   5. Save your file as *.wmf (pick your own name)
      on your disk or in a preselected directory.

   6. Repeat as needed for additional graphs or illustrations.
