Content Developers

These individuals are responsible for actual publishing projects. There can be any number of Developers per server.

Content Developer's Responsibilities

• Creation or conversion of actual HTML documents for the web
• Design of interactive menu structures and retrieval systems
• Works with system administrator on file posting and updates
• Reports content and structure of documents to the webmaster
• Works with content providers in getting their information published

Content Developer's Resources

• Training in HTML publishing
• Access to a web browser and hypertext authoring tools

on to other roles

• Webmaster
• System administrator
• Content providers
