A technical System Administrator should be designated for each actual device in the system such as the Master Server or Document Server

System Administrators Responsibilities

• Set-up, configuration, and hardware operation on each device
• conducts regular backups, content indexing and communications with the Master Server
• Coordinated Developers for each Website
• Assigns access or posts files as requested for Developers
• Creates and maintains directory structures for file storage

System Administrator;s Resources

• The support and understanding of the Webmaster
• The support and assistance of UK Consultants
• 15% time allocation to conduct duties
• Training and documentation for Website Administration
