Three ways to register

  1. Subscribe to the water-ed Listserv by sending E-mail to the following address:

    listserv@lsv.uky.edu

    Include ONLY the following text in the BODY of the message; you can leave the subject line blank

    subscribe water-ed (your full name)

    (You will receive regular postings and updates as E-mail)

  2. Link via World Wide Web to the following address (URL)

    http://www.state.ky.us/agencies/nrepc/water/testing.htm

    Complete this short registration questionnaire.

  3. Call 1-800-928-0045 Ext 473 and leave your name
    and contact information on the 24-hour voice mail system.

There is NO charge for participating.
We appreciate your interest and your stream data for analysis.
This is a one-time event for April 22-27 1996.
