STEP ONE
Create a basic web page


   1. Launch Window's Notepad

   2. Open "template.txt" in Notepad

   3. Change the title of the page to one of your liking

   4. Change the text of the "Header" to match your title (after the "h2" tag)

   5. Add some text after the Paragraph tag

   6. Save the file to your disk as (yourname).htm

   7. Open the file in Netscape to see how it looks
